This document provides an analysis of digital interchangeable lens camera (DILC) owners from InfoTrends' 2012 European Digital Photography End-user Survey. The survey was conducted among Internet-connected households in France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom. This report highlights historical data taken from InfoTrends' end-user surveys from 2007-2011. Italy and Spain were not surveyed continuously each year, therefore year-over-year trends comprise of data from France, Germany, and the U.K. to show viable and comparable results.

This document examines the demographics of DILC owners, camera usage behaviours, digital camera brand ownership, accessories purchased for DILCs, and other cameras respondents may have considered at time of purchasing their DILC.
