On March 5-7th, HP held an "HP Industry Analyst Summit" in Boston, MA for analysts covering the full range of its business units. According to HP representatives, almost 300 analysts attended the event; it was the first large-scale analyst event HP has held in a couple of years. While HP did not delve deeply into the print portion of its business during the general sessions of the conference, it did focus on this business in the HP Printing and Personal Systems (PPS) Imaging and Printing Breakout session during the second day of the event.
